Listen to THIS! Podcast Update

Rags To Riches Textile Upcycling Podcast, Textile Alchemy

Have you heard Rags to Riches Textile Upcycling Podcast?  It is my newest passion-project offering me an opportunity to learn about, connect with, and promote creative thinking, environmentally minded, textile upcycling entrepreneurs, crafters, industry pros, and you! I get to promote interesting people who are making the world a better place AND expand our conscious textile-consumption movement.  I mean, WHAT could be better?

We slipped a handful of episodes out over the last 8 weeks.  I wanted to get a feel for your response, learn how-the-heck to podcast well, and get to know our tech platforms before a formal launch.

Thanks for the positive reviews - and hundreds of downloads, the message seems pretty clear that right out of the gate, you are loving Rags to Riches Textile Upcycling Podcast.  Wooot Woot!

That just really rocks my world...  HONESTLY ~

Behind the scenes we had kinks to iron out and platforms to understand.  With all that well underway, we are taking a little time to polish our presence and put our formal launch together.  I just can't WAIT!  Hosting a textile upcycling podcast has been a dream a decade in the making…  and NOW it is really REAL!

There are so many people to thank for helping me get to this place.  Sondra Primeaux and I stumbled across each other nearly a year ago when she joined my team as our Stitcherhood Community Manager.  Little did I know that not only is she an extra-ordinary textile upcycling creatrix, she hosted the very cool, The UnRuffled Podcast for over 4 years.

Sondra has shown me the ropes, taught me that 'published is better than perfect' and encouraged me to dive into this engaging new journey that feels pretty perfect to me.

Van Daalhuyzen - sound wizard and producer of Rags to Riches Textile Upcycling Podcast, is someone who I am so grateful to have in my life.  Van, and my son Ben, graduated high school together and KILLED the Battle of the Bands their senior year. They were roomates in Boston while studying at Berklee too.  Kinda like brothers.

YOU!  Thank you for listening, subscribing, downloading and reviewing our first few episodes.

With a deep nod of gratitude and a wink of creative high-jinx to Sondra, Van and You, I am super excited to announce that we will be launching Rags to Riches Textile Upcycling Podcast on October 3, 2022.  Between now and then we will be getting all our podcast ducks in a row so that we can reliably publish each Monday Morning.

RagsToRichesTextileUpcyclingPodcast.com is under-going a make-over as part of our upgrade.  On October 3, 2022 we will unveil comprehensive details about each episode, special offers from our sponsors and guests, and ways to win cool prizes including merch (that is handmade and/or recycled, of course).

If you haven’t already, check out our first episodes of Rags To Riches Textile Upcycling Podcast hosted by me, Crispina ffrench.  You can find it in all the podcasty places.Listen, subscribe, share, download and then leave a comment below with any feedback or suggestions.  Who would you like for me to interview?  What questions do you have about textile upcycling?
